All items are packaged in The Opulent Pet’s stunning, eye-catching gift boxes.  The Opulent Pet’s unique packaging assures the buyer of a beautiful gift, sure to impress the most discriminating recipient – whether yourself or a friend.  Simply open the outer shipping carton and your purchase needs only a gift tag.  We strive to ship all packages within 24 hours.  We will contact you if an item is not immediately available.  Delivery is generally 2 – 5 days within the continental United States. 

We can ship most items worldwide. Shipping and handling charges vary when shipping to countries outside the U.S.  Contact us for detailed shipping and handling information on overseas shipments.

If you would like to return a product, let us know within 30 days from the date of invoice.  We will issue a return authorization and arrange for pick up of the products being returned, at no cost to you.
